How to get Certified True Copy of PRC Documents

Hi guys!

Herewith are the steps for getting PRC documents' certified true copies. In my case, I need them for the DFA Authentication Certificate or commonly known as Red Ribbon. 

The entire process took me for less than an hour. I got there at 2pm on a Friday, month of December 2015. Well, maybe I'm just lucky that day...Anyway let's get started.

Requirements:

Original & Photocopy of the Following:

• Registration Certificate
• Professional License/PRC ID
• Board Rating

Photocopying services are available inside PRC for PHP 3.00 for long bond paper size. Outside PRC is a lot cheaper. 

In case you forgot the configuration of PRC, please refer to the Key Plan as guide.

STEP 1: 

• Get & accomplish the Authentication forms/Action Sheets from the window on the left side upon entry of PRC.  

• Note: Action Sheet for Board Rating is different from the Action Sheet for Board Certificate & PRC ID so you should ask for both.

STEP 2: 

• Pay for Metered Documentary Stamps at CSC (refer to KeyPlan) and attached them to the photocopies of documents. 1 stamp for each.

• Cost of Metered Documentary Stamp: PHP 21.00

         Bring your own glue just to be sure.


STEP 3: 

• Pay prescribed fees at the cashier.

                Registration Certificate & PRC ID: PHP 75.00

                Board Rating:                               PHP 75.00-Regular 

                                                                   PHP 200.00-Express
STEP 4A: For Registration Certificate & PRC ID;

• Proceed to Window 5 and present duly accomplished Action Sheet altogether with your documents and receipt.
• Sign in the logbook and receive your claim slip.

STEP 4B: For Board Rating;

• Proceed to Window J for express and Window K for Regular and present duly accomplished Action Sheet altogether with your documents and receipt.
• Sign in the logbook and receive your claim slip.

STEP 5A: For Registration Certificate & PRC ID;

• Claim your documents as scheduled or after 3-5 working days
• Proceed to Window 6 and put your claim slip upside down in the box and wait for your name to be called. 
• Sign in the logbook and receive your PRC Certified True Copies of Registration Certificate & PRC ID.
• Check documents before you leave

              
               
STEP 5B: For Board Rating;

• Claim your documents as scheduled.

              Regular: after 3-5 working days
              Express: after 1-2 hours 

• Proceed to Window E and present your claim slip. 
• Sign in the logbook and receive your PRC Certified True Copy of Board Rating.
• Check documents before you leave
