Requirement: Confirmed Appointment 2 copies of Special Power of Attorney provided by the bank. 2 copies of applicant's Passport. Personal appearance of Filipino principal/s or signatories on the document. Step 1. Secure an appointment Secure an appointment at the website of Philippine Consulate General (PCG).
